Behind the little window lies a haven of relaxation. We want you to enjoy your “me” time and recommend you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so you can begin to relax. We also politely ask that you turn your mobile phone to silent so you can fully enjoy your experience and to ensure that others are not disturbed whilst having theirs.

All of our treatments include a full consultation and you will be required to complete a consultation card to ensure suitability for treatment. The information you provide is treated with the strictest of confidence and will not be shared by any third party and will only be used by Infinity Beauty Lounge to contact you with offers on treatments and to tailor treatments to your individual needs in order to provide you with the best possible outcome.

There are some medical conditions or medication which can restrict or prevent certain treatments from being carried out. In these instances we will endeavour to recommend an alternative but there may be times when we will have to request a GP’s letter to confirm suitability for treatment.
